So i learned that blender's a bit odd. I had cranked all the gravity to its limits to get it to look like this. I come to find out that its default settings for start,end time was actually simulation .3 of a second. Its weird.,.
Start time = the time you want to start End time = the SECOND you want it to stop, not frame count.
